The vehicle was reserved at a much closer, more professional and more convenient location. The pick up location was hard to find. No paperwork was prepared. The attendant's idea of assistance was handing me his phone and having me talk to someone else. The vehicle, while clean, was not full of gas. There was no handtruck available at the pickup site.

This location was not easy to find, not clean, customer service involved pointing me in the direction of the trailer and having to lift it, connect it and ensure it was operational. Security chains were broken and zip tied together. No one answers the phone. When returning on time no one was there to check me in so the trailer was never marked as returned. The only good part is the rental was inexpensive and didn't fall off my truck. Location should be closed as it damages the U-Haul brand.
