Service was great. Everyone was nice and equipment did the job- job could have been accomplished more effectively and safely with more modern equipment such as a back up camera or bluetooth so that GPS could be utilized better. Overall, accomplished the goal.

Treasa BI was supposed to have a pick up at 10 and the manager that does U-Haul wasn’t there until 11:30-12. Then I got here and the computers were down. The first trailer I hooked up to my truck the lights didn’t work, so we had to drop that one and move the truck to another one. Total bad experience, the reason people have pick up times is because that’s when they have time to pick up the equipment.
Matthew RIt was a really good experience. Should be more U Haul signage in front. I lived in Salem, WV for months and did not know about trucks if not for website. My friend that lives there worked for another ParMar has no idea they did Uhaul. * pickup truck would have made trip smoother and faster because I would not have to gone alternate route due to marrow bridge.
