Called to verify a question and the personnel was rude. I was told at the pick up location that the drop off location was 24 hours. I go to the drop off location and it's closed. Then I get charged an after hour service fee.

I dropped off the trailer and I was told by staff to drop off in the back of the property where I was met by an employee that took possession of trailer. I was told that I would receive an email confirmation, which I never did. I called several times w/ no reply so I went back to the location and was finally checked in and a received an email confirmation.
