I had a terrible experience with Uhaul, but not in specific to this location. The personnel at the location explained that it was just a drop zone for Uhaul and we're very apologetic about the situation. The truck I received was not well maintained and dirty (food and drinks left in it) and the extra equipment I requested was not available. I had requested a bigger truck which Uhaul called the day before and said was now unavailable and there were none of that size close by. I had to settle for a smaller truck. We then had to go scavenge other trucks to find what I had ordered as there were no dollies in my truck. On top of that when we finally got in the truck it was on EMPTY. Just a really shitty experience on top of an already stressful move.AMANDA V.
I reserved a cargo van, but they said it was rented to someone else when we got there. Was given a truck. It was filthy!!!! Items were left in both the cab and back of the truck. Rotted food items were also present. The office was locked both when we picked up the truck and when we returned it, during regular business hours. Overall it was a horrible experience! The gate of the truck was very glitchy. It worked to load and unload my 1st two pieces of furniture, but after that it wouldn't open. I had many pieces of furniture that I needed to move to my storage unit and I couldn't do it. I was only able to move extremely light things that I could lift over. I shared this with the staff who said the truck is new and they will share it with Uhaul. What this means is that I spent $150 and still need to rent a truck. :( Other than this, the staff was very nice, but I did not get anywhere near $150 in use from this truck and found the experience with this truck to be extremely frustrating.Julia Q.
Van seemed to have not been washed in some time. Also, the left turn signal was flashing quickly indicating that one of the bulbs was out. Location is creat, people very helpful. All was good.MARC B.
Poor poor poor customer service the rep acted as if she doesn't work with U-Haul at all. Then later finds the work order and finally starts working up the contact but then upon returning the truck on night drop off they over charged me for two days and have not returned my callsAndy T.
I was given two cargo vans and both times the inside of the vans were filthy! Prior drivers left dirty items in van. Obviously vans are not being cleaned for Covid 19. I went to get my van only to find out prior driver hadn't returned it in time and I got charged late fee for not showing up on the day it was returned late to appt I had for that day. I got charged $20.-$60. xtra for mileage fee which wasn't accurate. Very disappointed in this particular U Haul Company. I won't be using U-Haul again. Rated very poor by my standards.Kathy B.

There was no appliance Dolly, which was ordered and confirmed. Had to make do with the utility Dolly. The agent was courteous and efficient. Best part of the experience.Sean H.
Counter person was professional and pleasant. Van was clean on the inside, dirty on the outside. Van was in good repair. I am convinced I was overcharged on the mileage. I never checked the check-out mileage but by checking Google maps route what we drove versus what we were charged (10 miles vs. 23), we were overcharged nearly 13 miles.aaron W.

Reserve a van and a dolly two weeks in advance. When I arrived to pick up I was only notified then that a dolly was not available. First, I don't understand how that is possible: I reserved one with plenty of time. Second, if that was really the case, I should have been notified sooner. I had a lot of heavy things to move on my own. Needless to say, not having an essential piece of equipment made my move difficult (and painful). There was no attempt from the employee to offer other solutions; there was no dolly and that was it. The van I rented was also clearly not cleaned ahead of me. There was wood chip or something piled up in the back.Mia F.

I wouldn't advise the use for non-US nationals - it seems the overall system from booking through to vehicle collection struggles with non-US details (no way of logging a foreign contact number). The last minute notification of the change to pick-up location for the booking, coupled with a delay in time was very inconvenient. The drop-off was extremely frustrating as there was nowhere to leave the vehicle and the premises were closed - it took me the best part of an hour to get authorisation to use a private car park to leave the vehicle.Duncan M.
