Rude assistant manager who when confronted with a question:”who do you service first, customers in front of you in the store or the ringing phone?” Looses his cool and gets very offensive and angry. I was also overcharged for gas. When I mentioned that to the assistant manager I was told that I should have taken pictures of the gas tank before I took off in the car. Overall very bad experience..... I would recommend my friends and family to stay away from this location. During the time I was waiting to rent the car I was observing the General Manager while renting a car to another customer. During the last point of checkinout when customers are asked for donations to the Conservation Found ( to plant the trees) he suggested to skip the skreen. He also had a remark that trees are not important. Can it get anymore ignorant? I should have stay away after reading the google and yelp reviews. One thing to say the performance of the team here is totally consistent with the reviews on all portals.

Upon return, the person checking me in was very nit picky over the level of gas and I was charged @ the penalty rate. Albeit was for approx 1.5 gallons, the point is, the ANALOG gauge on the truck is not that precise and it was close enough to the return full level that I felt he should have recognized it as having met the requirement. I DID refuel the truck prior to my return. I just thought that this was NOT the best customer service.

The only issue was that we had upgraded to a larger truck and on the morning of the pick up were contacted and said that a 20ft was not available. They did their best and came up with a 17ft, which was still too small. It caused extra time on the loading end and many more personal trips for items that wouldn't fit. It was NOT the location's fault, as they made attempts to contact the party who had not returned the truck properly. AND we were given a $50 credit for the inconvenience. So in spite of the complications..they did their best to be accommodating.

I ordered a truck online and a few hours later I was called to find out they didn't have a truck for me available. I called back concerned and the male manager was very rude and unhelpful. They messed up my reservation because I wanted the truck 1 way but that reservation was canceled because they didn't have a truck so they made a new reservation to drop off where I picked it up. They were not willing to help at all. Not only was I supposed to pick up the original truck at 12:30, I ran so late because they didn't have a truck available till after 2. The only positive experience I had was returning the vehicle. UHaul needs to do some major customer service training. Not professional or helpful at all. Because of this experience I will never return.

The truck seemed good, but very old. It had like 120k miles on it and it was a good arm workout to slide the windows open/close.

As soon as I left, the "Needs Oil change" warning indicator came on. Also, as soon as I drove 4 miles, the 7/8ths fuel indicator dropped to 3/4s. What gives??

The trailer roll door did not roll easy, it took 2 people to roll it open and close it. I reported it, so it can be fixed.

Truck vibrated over 55MPH and was very difficult to get to the highway speed and maintain that speed
