Process is not user friendly. To many questions and asking for unwanted information. Also if you don't have an office, then you need to update your info saying this location offers only online pickup and not like first you say Instore pickup and then once we reserve the U-Haul, you guys automatically update it to online pickup. I was not happy with that.

App kept telling me that it was looking to confirm the location and would time out. Spend over 30 minutes trying to make it work and then had to use the website to get around the issue.
Andrew CLocation is a bit sketchy when returning truck at night and the app return process takes 15 minutes to complete. U-Haul, Desert Bob's and EZmissions are generally good, but the U-Haul app is annoying. Too many steps for both pick-up and return, and takes too long for approval so that the keys can be retrieved. The order info and receipt are also not comprehensive and don't show good detail about add-ons like blanket and trolley rental. They only show generic "rental" charges, and pricing is inconsistent between the ordering process and actual payment at the end. This needs to be tightened up.
GLENN GIt was very disturbing to see the original truck I rented covered in roaches. Luckily, the agent through the 1-800 number was great and able to help me, unfortunately we had to drive a very much larger size truck because that was all that was left. But I will never recommend this location to anyone!
CHARLESE MWhen I submitted my reservation, I specifically selected my location and that I wanted a representative to help me checkout a truck. The day before, my location got switched AND it had been turned to a mobile checkout. The UI was terrible, there was no obvious button for “start the pickup process” and the lock box directions were not specific - ended up calling the number in the email which presented me with “this number is no longer connected, goodbye” so then I had to call the cooperate number. Got placed on multiple holds, and then was told to input the code into the lockbox - which we had been doing but it would not open. After 10 minutes, the operator asks if there’s a lock on the back of the truck (which there was) and that unlocked and the key was sitting in the bed. The website/app should specify where to input the code!!! Was very frustrating and stressful not being able to open the lock box where we were told was where the key should be. Overall, it took us over an hour to try to pick up this truck because of the confusing UI, slow load times, and noncommunicative instructions about the lock. It is beyond frustrating when I made the appointment to be in one location and to have an associate help me and for BOTH options to be changed!! Why even have those as options if they won’t be honored? Annoying. The truck was at least in good condition and clean when we picked up.
