It was a little pricey, I was expecting my total to be about $100, ended up $150. That said it was very convenient and I'm very happy to pay the premium so you're doing something right.

Fuel gauge incorrect and charged me 90.00. Wouldn't recommend this place. Took them 40 min to check me out and took that time from my time rented. Don't rent from this location.
Checkout took over an hour due to U-Haul site having issues. This was a U-Haul issue not a site issue. Van smelled badly of cigarettes, guessing that people that used before were smoking, smoke smell was pretty diminished by the time I returned. I had to drive with windows down most of the time due to asthma.
Back the rental unit into the parking space so that customers can pull out directly onto the road. It is very difficult to back a large cargo truck into busy traffic with limited vision. The parking space is actually configured so that two vehicles can be parked parallel to the highway, with space to either back out and turn around to pull out, or if backed into the parking spot, pull out directly into traffic without needing to back up at all. Instead, two rental units were parked side by side, perpendicular to the highway, eliminating the possibility to turn around prior to pulling out. This could be part of preparing the vehicle for rental. The young woman in the office was pleasant, but wasn't the person responsible for parking or preparing the vehicles.

Technically, the van was clean- but it was absolutely covered in snow and ice. I was told to walk through the complex and around the building and handed the keys. There wasn't an ice scraper or anything in the van- so I had to dig and scrap with my bare hands. (Feeling did come back to my hands eventually) Not great customer service.
I changed the day for return and the attendant don't put in the order the new date for return. I had to pay more for his mistake, I explained this in return but they didn't give me any answers, they just charged the extra for the mistake that wasn't mine
Regular employee was on vacation Fri. and Sat. UHaul computer was painfully slow Sat., getting a truck took over a half hour due to computer delays. Location is a storage facility. Corridors and turns are very tight from area where vehicles are parked to front gate. Personnel were no better than average. The problem I have had with satellite UHaul locations in Salt Lake is that the business's first priority is mini storage, not renting vehicles, and it shows.
Key drop off location not clear
All windows were dirty inside and out. The back compartment was covered with a film of some sort of sand.
Friendly, efficient employee, and the truck ran great!
They take lunch at 1:30 and close the shop with a "Will Return" sign. The only problem is that information is not shared at the time of renting. I only needed an appliance dolly, the sign was out when I came to return it. Fortunately, the attendant noticed me on the security camera and came out. I get she needs to eat and I want her to be nourished; please just let us know these things ahead of time of rental so we can smoothly PLAN our return. She is very delightful and nice.
Customer service agents messed up my booking and after two hours on the phone with 5 agents they finally fixed it.
Your truck leaked fuel all over as I filled it, creating a fire hazard and endangering people in the vehicle.
I couldn't get into the site to pick up the keys and truck and had just as much of a pain and time consumption when bringing it back. I was told my total bill would be $80 and change including tax and now I'm being told it will be $142 instead. I only put 9 miles on the truck, returned it clean, didn't use the blankets or dollie, and by the time I got logged into the site and all the stupid pictures and crap taken, I was on time bringing it back. I'm getting charged almost double what was quoted. I'll NEVER use your service again!
Very easy to use. It was difficult to back the truck out on such a busy street.
I had to wait a bit for someone to show up at 9am to open the business. Then, at drop off I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up again.
