The vehicle was really in bad condition a lot shaking and no power at all, feel really unsafe, I think need more good quality on the maintenance. That was the only alternative at the time no choice.

I had a problem with the bill. I have been overcharged. I called the location and got the answering service. I LAM waited all day and have not received a phone call. I may have to call my credit call and stop payment.
Tony and Alex were on it. The communication was great. The process to rent, pickup and drop off was fast and efficient unlike other U-Haul locations. I was In-Out and on my way with my rental truck in five minutes. Returning was super easy as well. Best U-Haul location I have experienced in my many years of using U-Haul. Thank you.

Location gave me the wrong key and waited almost 1 hour to get help.
Everything was excellent. I didn't see anything that looked like it needed improvement on.
The steering on the truck I rented needs attention there is too much play and takes a lot to keep going straight.

The earliest you can get a truck is 10:30 the day is about half over so we can only make one trip instead of two it causes us to rent the truck extra day extra miles back and forth to the rental office
It was nice to use the online drop off since the location was closed when we returned the truck.
You U-Haul App is completely ridiculous. You should be able to verify all required information BEFORE you get to the location.
This location is WAY easier than the big Canyon Country one.

Originally I was worried that a truck might not even be available due to the number of people leaving the state of California and not returning. I was very surprised to see the truck at the time of pick up. Not only was it in fantastic shape it was brand new with only 88 miles. We had a great experience everything worked out just perfect and everybody we spoke to at the pick up place and drop off were professional. Thank you so much!

When I did my reservation online, it was indicated that I am able to self pick-up at 9:30AM, and even got the call from a representative saying that I could using the app. Upon arrival, I tried to do the self pick-up using the app and the app indicated that I could pick up the truck at 11:00AM when the store opens. If waiting for 1.5 hours is not enough, we got a phone call from the store saying we have to return the truck at 1:30PM, since we can only have the truck for 4 hours. They made the start time from 9:30AM, not 11:00AM. Good thing we did not need the truck for 4 hours and was able to return around 2:30PM.
Please get parking for the customer. There is no parking, is not ferr to walk 1/2 mile to park my car somewhere
