Customer service was poor. Not friendly, slow and unprofessional. Let convenience store customers go in front of me even though I was there first. Charged me for two gallons of gas when it should have been one. Will not go back.DAVID S.

The attendant was smoking a cigarette in the store. The attendant didn't seem to care for Covid as the store was packed with people including a few homeless. There was customers without masks. One of which was coughing and not covering his mouth. The store looked decrepit. Filthy, and smelled. I will never return to this location.Sakelarios K.

My pickup location was changed and apparently I was emailed, called, and texted. I only received a text that said thank you for you reservation and it had a link. I didn't bother to click on the link and that was where the new pickup location was. U-Haul needs to improve on their communication and change your text message to say pickup location changed. Also your notes said that someone talked to me and that was a flat out lie. Why would I take an hour long Uber ride from Tampa to the wrong pickup location!! This caused a lot of issues and more expense for me because I had to pay for a bigger truck that I did not need. Not cool.William M.

Location was not in the safest neighborhood and attendant was not very friendly. Not clear virtual check in instructions. The instructions directed me to check in however this complicated the check in process and slowed it down. It took almost an hour to rent the uhaul. This place sucks! So mad!! I didn't even go 20 miles and they said I would get reimbursed my mileage ... that didn't happen. They said it was on a full tank of gas, I get out to the truck and it was not. Nobody even walked around the truck with me. I had to go back in the store and tell the guy and he tells me yeah, yeah I believe you. They never looked @ the odometer to see my actual mileage. When I dropped it back off the guy, didn't say anything, just stood on his phone checking me out. Told me to have a good day. It's during a panademic, I lost my job!!! I was moving as I couldn't afford my rent anymore and was moving in with my best friend. I needed my money back. I am so unhappy with UHAUL. And I am going to write reviews every where how you all rip people off . I knew I should of went with Ryder. This location is in the hood and some crappy ass little store. Uhaul Sucks!!!Heather G.

The store had to wait on store business customers since theirs 1 employee . I dragged out the trailer myself including all hook up required. Isn't this a liability to your renters. He came back out afterhe took care of convenience store customers, I did everything myself and came out later and said is everything ok. I didn't book this location and have no interest in returning. There were steel bars covering the doors and windows and very sketchy people around which made me uncomfortable. I actually strained my back struggling to move the trailer in a nasty storage area were I felt I needed a shot after I got done. . Not acceptableJohn W.
