Gary P.The tires on the vehicle were out of thread and provided zero traction, caused us to get stuck in the snow. The person who we dealt with had no idea about anything. Anything we asked, he referred us to Uhual. "Call Uhual, call Uhual." Gave us the key to the wrong vehicle, the dollies were not in the back of the truck ready to go (I called and it was supposed to be). Even the snow in the back door was not fully cleared. We asked for Safetrip, I never saw that added to the conract, I only saw Safemove. We wasted about 15-20 right off the gate. Another 45-60 minutes back and frothing the truck as there was zero traction. The $12 provided credit does not even cover anything close to the wasted time and money with the movers. And please note that the guy who handed us the key indicated that he knows the tires are flat but he said it has been always like that and again call "Uhual." \
