Everyone in N.Y. was wonderful and it being the weekend before Thanksgiving with a pick up on Sunday morning it was seamless, including phone assistance to confirm pick up. The trailer's rear light on the passenger side had two bulbs out so brakes/turn indicator worked but faint. It was noted in N.Y. location but given most people have little to no experience pulling a trailer I think it is a safety issue. Drop off owner in South Boston was available and very helpful â€" I will continue to use U-Haul and thanks.
