The woman there was friendly, but was not there when we first arrived. The location was disorganized and messy. The truck had the low tire indicator on. We called U-Haul and they said to put air in the tire and see what happens. We continued to check the air pressure along the way, but the light never went off, so we drove 900 miles not knowing if the tire was going to go flat at any moment and the indicator light overrides the odometer, so we could never see our mileage. It was not a great experience.

"system" was down took 30-40 min to get me checked in. Then they couldn't find the keys to the truck. They said they left them in someone's car (they also wash cars), so waited an additional 30-40 min while they drove around town to find they key. Finally brought the truck out and just handed us the keys. No walk around no instructions, nothing. The truck had less than 1/4 of fuel and sounded like the transmission was about to fall out. We drove 77 miles and had it back in 3-4 hours. My bill was 260.27 DOLLARS!!!!! Charged me $115.00 for using 7-8 gallons of gas!!! I recommend them for cleaning cars but NOT Uhaul

The Location was Perfect because I stayed right down the street from where i was moving from.Staff was Lovely,Service was Excellent.I was able to get a truck in a very short time frame because i was moving and had already missed one appt for truck pick up at 10am on Ogeechee Rd. Overall ill definitely use them again and Recommend.

I am so annoyed with uhaul. I specifically requested to pick up a truck and equipment from a particular location. They call me late to tell me no trucks were available at that location so they had me to pick up from another location. Went to the location and they didn't have the equipment I requested plus the fees were not what she quoted me. Eventually i Had to end up going to the original location I requested from the beginning. Yes time and gas wasted. This is not the first time this has happened. I will NEVER use uhaul again. I would rather pay extra to deal with a company who is honest and trust worthy than to deal with them.

I brought the van with the same amount of fuel I was given and you guys still screw me !!! I knew that that location was going to do it. I’m not only going to write a bad review I’m never renting from you again. I guess that’s what happens when you rent in the ghetto ..

They charged me an extra day and then told me to contact uhaul for assistance. I was on hold 2 times 45 minutes each. Rep from customer service cannot refund me the $85. He has to escalate the call to someone without a contact number. This process takes up to 3 business days for whomever to contact me about the charge. King and Queen car wash won’t even talk to me knowing they mistakenly charged me for additional days

I plead with Uhaul over the phone to provide me with an alternate location for pickup. This area is not in a good part of town and 10 miles away from where I needed and I passed at least 2 Uhaul locations driving there. This location was sketchy as it was combined with a driveby car wash business, which is ironic considering the truck I picked up was extremely dirty, there was still stuff in the back of the truck. The cab area was dirty with tobacco all over the dash, dog hair in the seats, drink wrappers on the floor. The gas guage was on empty!! This was very offputting. I barely made it to a gas station. The attendant informed me not to worry about it the lady that rented before me was charged $400 for the gas and how dirty the truck was. I was confused by this statement because if she was charged that amount why wasn't the gas tank full and the truck cleaned? What kind of company is going to charge outrageous fees and not prepare the truck for the next company? I am not satisfied and would like to speak to an AFM for this store.

I returned the trailer on Tuesday ( date on contract) yet I got charged a late charge because for some reason someone entered that I returned it on Thursday. I will fight the late charges. I called your customer service line 3 times. On hold for several minutes each time. No one ever answered the call. Improvements: Mandate a signature, time and date at every return. I wish I had done this. Also answer the customer service line !!
