My reservation was for a 1:30 pm pick up. We arrived about 1:30 pm. There was a sign on the door that said the manager would be back at 1:45 pm. At 1:50 I called the office number to find the representative was eating lunch inside the building. Did I mention we knocked on the door several times. Or maybe that the place is covered with security cameras watching us yet the employee stayed in the break room until we called this wasted at least 30 Minutes of our time. We were already on a tight schedule. No I wouldn't recommend this location.G DREW S.
I would love get Unlimited mileage. It's too expensive to do simple pickup in a neighbouring community and back. If that's not possible 99 cent a mile is too expensive a lower rate per mile would be good as well.Junior W.
I picked my truck up on September 1st. I then turned it in on September 2nd. I was told they would email the receipt. I received it on September 3rd around 1157 am. They charged me an additional $60.00 and said it was late. I guess this is how u-haul makes extra money.Leon G.

Customer Service was terrible, was forces to wait outside of Office. The person that was in charge did not care about the customer. Treated me like convict after read my paper of information that I gave her. Was fighting with me about the information that I was given by the customer service personal that I spoke to when making the reservation.Robert G.

U-Haul has failed to keep this location properly stocked with furniture pads, dollies, etc... If we hadn't hired moving help we would have not rented the truck because of the lack of furniture pads and dollies.Ian B.

Truck was old and ran like a tank. Passenger side mirror was loose and adjusted with every bump or when the door got closed. Additionally, it felt out of alignment. Finally, the cargo area front left near the attic leaked.Timothy W.
