The woman who was working that morning was super friendly, accommodated my last minute requests, and was a huge help when figuring out my check in/reservation, even before the store was open. She handled a few tough cookies who were in line before me and after me with grace. She did such a good job with everything I observed. I can't help but feel she is overqualified for her current role. Merci encore!

I have rented from this location multiple times and have never had a problem but this time the person there argued with me as I was returning the vehicle even though I was within the time window. She had moved another reservation up because I said I would be back at 4pm. What I said did not change the time slot or contract I signed. Then she said she wasn't Uhaul but an authorized representative.
