i had ordered 3 dozen packing blankets, two 2 wheel carts and 2 furniture dollies. they had none of these!! I went to a uhaul store in Evansville In and they had none so i had to buy a 2 wheel cart, a furniture dolly and 7 packing blankets!! that all they had. None to rent just to buy!!

pick up location was great. drop off location was ridiculous. i turned it in the night before i had to and then i had to go back the next morning to get my deposit because the night shift guy had absolutely no idea how to give me back my $100 deposit.

I book online 2 months prior to our trip (requested pick up close to where I live) follow all the appropriate steps set by your web site, day prior I receive your txt that inconveniently has me picking up a trailer 80 miles out of my way. I live in a city population of 200,000 plus, I have a problem understanding that there where no trailers the size I requested in any areas closer to me?!
