Visible sign that lets one know that there is someone in the office. Nothing is more frustrating then getting out of the vehicle and find the office door locked. The door of this office faces away from the parking area! The side window can have a sign saying OPEN! Just saying. The office attendant is very cordial and informative !

The Uhaul Truck was fair in cleanliness. It was a very "well used truck" that needed an inspection on the motor. The check engine lite came on soon after the motor got warm. The owner of the franchise, while finishing my final payment did not pay attention as to when I picked the uhaul truck up and overcharged me two days for the truck usage and equipment. I was already short on cash because of the move itself and now I would have no cash on hand for anything. It made me feel very intimidated in front of the other customer. Walking out, I realized I only rented the truck for one day and 3 hours. He did apologize and corrected the payment. But the embarrassment of no money had already been done.
