Place was open with sign on door that they were on property, had 3 phone numbers to call..all 3 went to message...left 3 messages we were there to return uhaul to please come up...we waited 30 min...no one would come....or call back... Finally just put keys through door... wanted to Hand keys to verify drop off. Couldn't....

The dispatch changed my pickup location three times before I finally picked up the unit at the original requested location… I drove to each of them to find them closed or the unit not there until the last stop (3rd try)
