Terry S.I came in with cash to pick up the uhual. The worker wouldn't allow me to pay in cash had to call customer service and that lady was absolutely rudest person I have talked to in a long time. Buildings was leaking water from ceiling they had buckets everywhere full of water
Samuel P.Truck was not clean. There was mud all over the inside of the truck as well as in the cab; I spent 30 minutes in 35° weather cleaning the inside of the truck. I had also reserved furniture pads and when I picked up the truck I was informed that the location had no pads.
