The truck i reserved wasn't there. I had to use a bigger truck or nothing (which costs more). The renter/u-haul store owner kept me waiting for 1 hour past pick-up time while he was running errands. They didn't clean the snow off the top of the truck and it all came off in my driveway. So instead of packing the truck...I had to shovel snow (a lot of it!). It was the worst experience I've had and wouldn't rent from them again. They cost me too much time and money, I could've went to another business and spent less for way better service.
