The inside of the cab was very dirty. Sauce and stains everywhere. I had to wipe most of it out just to drive in it. The back of the truck wasn't swept out. It was very dirty.Gary T.

I was not able to check the truck out myself as advertised by uhaul.com. The website failed to work because I was 20 minutes late checking out the truck. That is ridiculous. I should be able to check the truck out at any time! Fortunately the office in Sharon stayed open longer to accommodate and checked the truck out to me and they did great. If uhaul can fix this website issue, they will be more user friendly and will earn 5 stars.CHRISTOPHER M.

Is was disgusting the smell as well as how dirty the truck was on the inside of the truck where I had to sit . I had to clean the truck with bleach and spray Lysol in it. I informed customer service and hey informed me to make them aware of the situation I informed them but it was disregarded as if it didn't matterROSALAND M.

The location was fine. We did not receive the furniture mats like we paid for. The biggest pain was the 25 minute check-in to pickup the truck. It didn't tell us which box our key was in, so we had to put the code in all 3. I called customer service and they charged my card twice. It couldn't find my reservation. The whole reservation process was awful. Then when we finally got home with the truck, I was on hold for another 25 minutes to tell them about the mats and the double charge.Briana R.
