I want to specifically thank the owner at this location for replacing the HVAC control knob on my rental. Just after completing the online pick-up process, I got in the cab, started the engine and turned on the AC. The knob that changes from heat to AC was cracked in the back. He replaced the broken knob with a new one.Michael V.

Online check in was a hassle because of incorrect email address an online return did not work. On site staff who are not Uhaul employees seemed to immediately â€œfindâ€ damage to truck which was not from my rental period and consisted of a black mark on side of truck. So thankful I paid for coverage which protected me because it seemed like the on site service station guys were trying to make money on a fabricated damage claim. Overall not a good experience and I won't be back.Brad E.
Good experience. Truck was cleaned by worker. However, would like to get a confirmation of what size truck is being given to avoid miscommunication. I ordered a 10 foot truck but was given a 15 foot and did not notice until I got home. Since the Uhaul location was not aware of the switch the worker did not tell me. In the future, if the Uhaul locations are aware of any switches in reservation the worker could have let me know since scheduling could not get a hold of me by telephone.Nicole H.

Get rid of that location I'll tell you this I will never use uhaul again ever never. The person at this location called and threatened me told me I needed to find her trailer I don't work for uhaul it's not my job to track down equipment your breakdown people had towed when I flipped she then informed me she would just keep charging my card to hell with uhaul when I called your customer service line I told that woman everything and she acted like it was no big deal I promise this I will tell everyone I can not to use uhaul.Christopher O.
They canceled my pick up without informing me when I had confirmed with them day before. No nimber to reach after hours. Spent 2 hours on phone to get mobile pick up working again. I had driven from canada to pick up and was really stressed out when reservation was canceled and no other truck was available.Davinder W.
U-Haul changed my pick-up location a day before my scheduled pick-up. The new location added 25 miles round trip to my mileage. They charged me for the extra miles. I reached out to dispute the charge 3 times but was never contacted.Matthew T.

The after-hours process needs to be cleaned up. Too many Hoops to jump through and the technological issues with the browsers will be a great heads-up. I spent over 2 hours of my time trying to figure out how to finish the check in portion of it and was told I was using the wrong web browser.Emanuel W.
24/7 didn't work and the lady who owns the store was late opening the store plus she didn't have the pads I had ordered. She had issues with the computer system and now I have 2 pending charges against my credit card I used for the truck rental. If I had been successful with the 24/7 app on my phone I would not have had the appliance dolly nor the blanket/pads I had ordered. So this place apparently does not pay attention to what corporate sets up for customer orders. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service was terrible.Pamela M.

The Uhaul regional office "lost" my reservation and gave away my truck. The staff at the office bent over backward to find me another. Much obliged, but i wish there was better inter-location coordination.Jeff M.
When we picked up the truck we discovered that the inside of it was dirty. It looked like there had been dirt moved by the previous user. Also, when we were leaving the location we discovered that they put the gas tank as 7/8 full when it was only 3/4 full. The fuel may not seem like a big deal but with fuel prices, that is easily $10-15! Overall, we were disappointed with this location and UHAUL. We will definitely be looking into other options in the future.Caroline H.
