Uhaul changed my pick-up location and did not inform me. I called the day before my reservation to the location i had booked and they had no idea i was coming for a 15'truck. Uhaul â€˜traffic' sent me to another location (close by) and they knew i were aware of my reservation 3 days prior.Randall L.

A little disorganized but friendly enough. I was upset that I did not get my utility dolly though. I was already gone by the time I realized it wasn't on the truck. I looked at the receipt in case I had forgotten to order it, but it showed that I did indeed order one and I paid for it. Called the place to ask and they said they don't have a dolly. He said he would credit my card. I said you should have told me when I was there. They never gave me my $12 back as of today and it has been almost 2 weeks so I'll have to take time from my busy day to call again. Small thing I know but that's what these surveys are for right? To make businesses better? And also why I still gave 4 stars. But I would have given 5 stars had I received my refund.John M.
