Dirt y windshield. Got charged for 3 days. Only used truck for 46 hours. Refund was applied. Interesting situation as site is closed Saturday and Sunday. Ideal for one-way rentals I guess but not for weekend movers. 15ft truck got decent MPG. Perhaps when returning truck, take a pic with a time stamp. All in all a good move.

No one available to properly hook up trailer. Customer should not be responsible for securing a trailer to a hitch. Heavy lifting can cause a health risk and should be taken into account.

mark S.Morgan Collision was excellent. The owner came when the shop was closed to help me because U-Hauls mobile pickup is a joke. The mobile pickup did not work, and I wouldn't have been able to get the truck without Morgan Collisions assistance. Uhaul needs to update its mobile pickup as it does not work. Uhaul customer service Debbie was unhelpful and rude when called for assistance. Morgan Collision was great!
