Fix the address on the site. It is listed as S 1417 and it's actually N 1417, which adds a few miles as well as time to the trip. It was a great experience, the person who helped us was very friendly. Other than ending up down at the Elks Lodge instead of over by Pebblebrook, things were great.

The rental office did not have convenient hours and the person I spoke with on the phone when I made my truck reservation misquoted my price.

During business hours, nobody was there. I called haul and was sent a link to sign in, upload pics, etc. this was very inconvenient since I was taking back the trailer during work hours.
