it took me 4 phone calls and 45 min just to get to the point of my reservation, I scanned the code, did what it asked and got a message need attendant help, well it's a gas station, no one there could help, so I called several times and finally got someone who could help, the attendant at the gas station mentioned. he had no training on u haul transactions, I don't think any. drop location thing is worth beans, at any location, i also ordered some furniture pads, the attendant stated they have none, very bad service, I am probably going to use another vender next time. The truck was good, it's just all the inconvenience of trying to get it.
