We had a horrible experience with U-Haul (at no fault of the above location). We were told there was a guaranteed truck for us at our storage facility location (U-Haul owned), but there was not. We were not told this until we showed up to pick up the truck and were redirected to the above location as well. This is the fourth time in the past year that I have used U-Haul and this has happened EVERY time. Unfortunately, I will no longer be using U-Haul and I will also be sharing my negative experiences with my family/friends who are also moving this month.Benjamin S.

First of all, one of the staffs in the office didn't a mask on and there was no effort of social distancing or use of plastic screen between him and a customer. This is unacceptable to put your customers lives at risk in a pandemic. Secondly, the check out experience was the worst. I have used U-Haul in other locations and never experienced such customer service. The staff couldn't check out the vehicle for me and sent me a few invalid links, and was very inattentive the whole time. I ended up figuring out myself and went through the on-line check in. However, he couldn't figure out the keys after all the work and we had to wait till his other colleague to help, who was way more professional and had mask on and use plastic screen at his desk.Shengyun H.

you sent several emails about the process, but most did not have a link to log into your account to handle the transaction. Very frustrating and easy to fix. The online experience can be greatly improved. Do some user testing and you will be able to make improvements that should not cost much money and will make for a better user experience.Jeffrey B.

I had to rent during the pandemic to move my college student out and it felt very safe. Both the facility and the truck were clean and the employees were friendly and quick. Location is at a gas station, which was very convenient for refueling before return.Gizella S.
I reserved for Bridgewater location which is less than a mile. Unfortunately it was changed to somerset location which is 7 miles away from my home which costed me to pay for 14 miles.dileep R.

Was overcharged for the truck. Supposed to be.99 a mile was charged 1.99 a mile. They didnt finish my contract for 3 days and then overcharged me. Never againLaquan C.
The guy attending the gas station had zero knowledge on how to rent the truck and how to even start the return process. While I kept browing the website until it load and was able to return it, it would have been a hassle had I gone with the attendant of "just returning your keys in the black box should be fine". At least put sign up by the black box on how to rent and return the truck, the need for so many pictures with no precious knowledge, again, just poor communication.Astrid G.
Truck had a tired appearance and the check engine light was on. I was quoted.99 cents per mile at another location but that location did not have a truck and found this for me at this location (which I very much appreciated that effort on my behalf). I realize the official rate for the weekend is $1.99 . Unfortunately when I realized the $1.99 rate applied I did not have enough time to locate a truck from a competitor and location representative said there was no leeway on pricing. My takeaway feeling was that I overpaid $250+ for a well worn feeling truck with a check engine light and no one waa available at 3:00pm on a Saturday. I had to make decision on whether to drive it or not. To be fair u had no incident with the truck I have another rental set up for next weekend but that rental i placed with Penske. Had to go to another location than originally wanted to go for pick up. The guy was trying to charge us more than what was quoted from the U-Haul site and when we were ready to go, the trailer was not attached to the truck, we had to do it ourselves because they told us they would charge us extra to attach the trailer to the truck.Christopher R.
Not to over charge a customer for things, for example I clean the van before returning it but was still charge a cleaning fee, and was told the vehicle was clean but I guess NOT to there liken,very disappointed.Michell K.

Pick Up for Friday nite was cancelled via phone. Still, we got charged for both Friday AND Saturday. UHaul was advised of the error in invoicing but I have yet to receive my credit. I eagerly await a response from this feedback.Karen M.
