Scheduled for 10am pick up. Didn't get out of the location until almost 2pm because the person on duty was overwhelming undertrained. Did not know how to check the vehicle in so we could actually complete the acceptance and transaction. This is all after I completed the reservation online the night prior.

Clear snow better at front of building and around trucks
Donald H.Arrived on time, owner didn't arrive for another 30+ minutes and said he's never rented out a uhaul before so I didn't get to leave for another 30+ minutes. Truck was dirty
