Just an empty lot with a drop box My emailed receipt incorrectly showed an extra charge for gas. I spent 20 min on the phone getting it corrected. The truck had an oil leak and I had to stop twice to add oil. Rep did reimburse me for the oil. Overall, uhaul is easy to utilize at a fair value. I will continue to use

Be able to answer and communicate with the customer, instead of not answering the phone. So they would know what to do to drop the equipment off. Called for two days and no answer.
