Give the assigned equipment associated to the correct contract so your customers do not have to be refused at return, waste time and energy to resolve your faulty assignment, and drive to a location where a manager stated they would wait for check in but instead left for the day, leaving me to have to try and figure out how to return a truck which is not associated to me or my account. Very simple procedure became a massive headache! Pathetic.
