3rd party drop off unable to answer questions or adjust bill
Wayne R.For whatever reason, my reservation link no longer existed, cashing me to go on a wild goose chase to find a place that would allow me to pick up a vehicle. Furthermore, i called the national line, who had no idea how to solve my problem, and sent me to a regional line, where I had to absolute unsettling pleasure of talking to a very rude and demeaning employee named Scott. He was of no help, seemed bothered to be on the phone with me, and very promptly hung up on me before an answer was found. I had a passenger in the car with me at the time of the call who was also appalled by the absolute rudeness shown by this employee. Truthfully, I would not and have not recommended UHaul to anyone who has asked about the experience.

JONATHAN S.The truck tire was low. The most frustrating part is that I had to pay to drive the truck from the South Sioux location down to Lincoln empty. The trucks that were in Lincoln weren't available to be driven out of the city of Lincoln. This was not a good experience with Uhaul.
