My only complaint is that I kept the truck a second day, notified the dealer and they did the appropriate hold on my debit account. when I returned the truck, I was charged for the 2 days I had the truck, insurance, milage and dolly rental, but did not get credited for the second day charge hold on my account. so I have overpaid $54.95 on this truck. Otherwise everything is great and I will use UHaul again and again.

Everything I tried to reserve wasn't available or only available at a different location. I did not receive the storage unit I had reserved and had to down-size. It was a hassle picking up truck and compensation for mileage.

The lady who waited on me didn't explain how to look on the contract to figure out how much gas to it will take to fill up and she seemed in a bad mood.

I called U-Hauls 1-800 line a few times to cancel or change reservations. Twice my orders were not changed in the system. Maybe a computer glitch, or lack of trained staff. The pick up location was fine overall.

I was charged an extra $3.xx above the initial $62 it cost to rent. When I started out, I reset the odometer trip meter to zero. I paid for 40 miles and only drove 39 according to the trip meter. Yet I was charged for "extra" milage. It had a 1/4 tank of fuel when I started, and I also put $15 back in it, which put it just OVER 1/4 tank. Whats up with that charge?
