This was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE in MY LIFE!!! First they changed the pickup location with ABSOLUTELY NO NOTIFICATION...it was ALMOST 3 hours away in ANOTHER STATE. Secondly, the equipment was at a location where the equipment hadn't bee used in a year because they stopped working with U-HAUL, THIRD, the interior was an absolute mess, and FOURTH, the people were useless in helping us adjust anything on the vehicle.. If that WASNT ENOUGH, The drivers side door did to shut properly and I kept having to stop to shut the door. And for alll that trouble I still had to pay an arm and a leg.
