The location was fine. U-Haul overall is a big disappointment.

Someone at another location cancel my order and when I went to pick up my truck and car dolly they did not have all the equipment and it took me two hours to find the proper equipment in town. Horrible experience!

DAVID Y.Was told the place opens at 8am when I called to confirm my reservation. Had a reservation for 8:30am. When I arrived at 8:30am, the doors were locked. Around 8:45am, an employee from the storage facility let me and another customer in and let us know that he normally doesn't handle the uhaul rentals, but the uhaul guy was out so he would get us set up. I really appreciate the guy that helped us but the uhaul side of things seemed very disorganized. Also, the truck felt like the transmission was about to go the whole time I was driving and the driver's side mirror was broken so I had to keep adjusting it while driving. Very unsafe.
