Picked up before location opened. Had issue with the UHaul app providing the lock box code to get the truck key. Had to call customer service.
MARK MThe owner has two locations. I’ve rented from both. And I’ve rented Uhauls from dozens of others locales through the years all over the country. This owner provides the Best customer service ever. Last Jan. during a snow storm he personally met me after hours (11:00PM) allowing me to return before the storm got exceedingly worse. He is my only choice when renting in the Tulsa region.
