Actually have a phone that you can leave a message on, have someone there to answer the phone. We called 6 times trying to see if they were open so we could drop off our rental only to get a message saying the mailbox for that number was not set up yet. We took a chance in dropping off and ended up having to use the mobile drop off since no one was there. We drove by the location 4 times a day for the entire week we were in the area and never saw anyone there.

Lighting hookup was too short to connect to truck.

My reservation was changed by U Haul to this location at the last minute. When I arrived the place was closed. I had no way to get my trailer. Luckily the area field manager happened by and was able to help me. This was NOT a pleasant experience and it really put a black mark on UHaul as far as I am concerned. The area field manager saved the day for me by going above and beyond to help me out. Otherwise I would have been stranded in the middle of nowhere with no trailer for my move which was time sensitive.

I was not aware of the $8 "Safe Tow Coverage" and did not need it. I would like the amount refunded to my debit card or a refund sent to me at my home address. **My rating of "poor" is because this insurance coverage of $8 was slipped in without my knowledge. Only used the trailer for about 2 hours to pick up a mower locally.

There was no one at the site in spout springs . They were supposed to be open at 9am I was there at 9:45 and their was no one there

I ordered the truck 2 weeks in advance to pick up in Lynchburg Va. I was driving from 5 hours away. The day before I was told that I had to pick the truck up in a small area that I knew nothing about that was out of my way. It had snowed the day before so I had no idea of the road conditions. I spoke to a manager at uhaul to no avail. I have rented trucks from u guys several times and never had a problem .

Online experience was terrible. Ordered and paid for 26’ truck, trailer, moving pads and appliance dolly online...supposed to expedite check out at pickup location. U-Haul botched the pricing, causing an hour + delay trying to get it straightened out and a lot of frustration. I was on a tight time table. So much for online expedited check-in! The equipment was more than the 30 mile advertised radius, costing me another hour +. Not happy! At least the truck was fairly new and the gentleman at the pickup location was pleasant and courteous.

I am very disappointed at my experience w/ UHaul. The location was supposed to be open from 10-2 but when I showed up to get my truck there was no one there to give me the keys. I checked in on my phone but was unable to get the keys. The online check in said it was canceled and I would not be charged. I rented a uhaul at another location b/c I needed to complete my move just to be told by UHaul that the man is "now there at the original location so you can go get your truck" I get there, was told the keys were under the visor of the moving truck that I was supposed to get them and go. No one told me this and the online check in AND the rep. I spoke w/ had no mention of it. So now I go back to the original pick up, was told I needed to pay again b/c they canceled the original transaction but infact the money was already tied up at the bank b/c of the original transaction. The man there had to call customer service b/c he could not get the rental to go through on his computer. The rep got on the phone w/ me and said their system was "acting glitchy" all day. A family member came, started from scratch and rented me a truck due to the mess. I call my bank to have the authorization UHaul placed removed to find out the very next day UHaul attempted to charge my account 2 different random amounts 4 different times but my bank did not authorize the transactions. I have called customer service, waited on hold 15 minutes to find out what the transactions are about just to get transferred to another dept where no one ever picked up. I never received a final receipt for my rental until today, when I was on the phone w/ the UHaul customer service rep.

New site, new employee, probably could use more training
