Karl MThis had to have been one of the worst U-Haul Experiences of my life. Prior to my reservation, I received a phone call to notify me that my truck wasn’t at the location I reserved and that I had to drive an hour and half away to grab it. They told me that U-Haul has 5pm day prior to notify me of changes to my reservation. Fast forward to day of and 2 hours into loading my truck and when I’m ready to hitch my car. The workers smelled of weed and liquor and were extremely unprofessional. The workers told me that they tried calling me an hour ago to let me know that my car tow isn’t at that site either and that there was a “glitch” in the system and I would have to drive another hour and half in another direction to receive that. When I asked to speak to Andy the general manager, they connected me via phone and Andy was extremely not remorseful, apologetic or even willing to compensate for any of my inconveniences. This was one of the worst experiences and I will highly not recommended this location or U-Haul for any of my friends or family members.
