RUSSELL J.Great place. This is a recommendation for U-Haul. Unlimited mileage and 7 day rentals for trips of this distance would be nice. I almost didn't rent from U-Haul because of a bad experience with a previous rental where they didn't give me enough of a mileage estimate and it cost me $12 extra which upset me. I was concerned it would happen again this time. Doesn't appear to this time.
Stanley B.I miss placed the key to the rental inside cabinets that I rented the uhaul truck to bring home had trouble calling into uhaul, after hours, called asked if they could work with me. Was told return before opening would be charged the lesser rate of $55. Was actually charged with $119. Truck was clean and more than required fuel. Would not recommend. Tried contacting drop-off location told sorry for your luck n hung up on.
