The person at this location was less than helpful. First, he told me he did not have anything coming in that day. This is true the trailer did not have to be returned until Monday, but I was done with the trailer and did not see a reason to keep it until Monday. Then he told me to go put it beside the other trailer in the back, like I worked for him or U-Haul. I should have dropped it right where it was and left, gut I did not. I did what I was told. I think this will be the last time I rent from U-Haul, this was a nightmare and my last rental in PA was worse, I had to return the trailer 30 minutes after I rented it because there was a problem with the trailer.
