Ordered a Week ahead to get my 20ft u-haul van do picked up at rogers location and some dumb reason they told my I missed my pick up time. Not true my pick time was for 10 am Saturday so some dumb reason the a springadale location called to confirm my pick on to confirm it was Saturday went to rogers to do pick and then was told I missed my pick up time so they gave my 20ft U-Haul to a mother family I had to go to Springdale to pick up the u-haul I wasted a 1 hour that I needed during the day.Not happy with my experience.
Jeff KFreindly, fast service at the pickup point. Truck was filthy. The windshield was covered with bugs, the hauling area had gravel, screws, dirt and small zip ties scattered all over it. Obviously, the vehicle was not cleaned between clients.
