Too far away from my desired drop off location. No help at all unloading my car and I had to park the rig myself. Since computers were not cooperating at the pickup location, I did not know that my dropoff location had changed. I went my desired location and unloaded my car but they refused my dropoff and sent me on to a location way away from them, using my fuel I had just purchased to bring the gas gauge up to desired position.
