Maybe just do a paper pre-inspection of the vehicle instead of the app because the app is a little buggy and I couldn't finish the process even after completing all the prompts but the service rep was very helpful and friendly. Great experience overall.

MICHAEL CMy reservation was changed last minute to a different location. The truck windows were filthy. The attendant was nearly a half hour late opening the office, both on the day I picked the truck up and the next day when I returned the truck to the same location. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient when he arrived but we had a long hard day of moving ahead of us and we were up against the clock, so a late opening was frustrating and inconvenient. I won’t use that location again.
