The owner of the location is rude and should not be a dealer. He has an employee who handles U-Haul and he was not interested in stepping up to assist. I told him I was wanting to turn my truck in and asked me if I had filled it up. I told him no and he snapped at me I was required to leave it full of gas. I told him no that I didn't need to leave it full and he told if I was gonna argue with him I could turn it in else where. I called him by his name and told him I wasn't trying to be difficult but I was told I had to leave the gas at the level it was when I picked it up and I had done that. He said well you know what I meant when I told you it had to be full to the level you received it. I didn't understand that was what he meant, would you have? He would not even get up and walk up to the counter and show any assistance. He said leave the key and we're done. I said I had extended my rental two extra days and needed to pay the difference, he said take my card and call his U-Haul guy later to take care of that. I stopped in the next day to see if I needed to charge the difference and he told me U-Haul would bill it to my card I used to rent the vehicle. Chris has a nice facility for business but compared to other local mechanics shops he has very little business, and I know why now. I will never use him for U-Haul business or auto repair neither would I refer him.
