Originally it was set up for broad street. Got a call the day before saying it was changed to old mountain road. When we got there they said they didn't have the furniture dolly for what we needed. Girlfriend called around for the dolly. Inside the truck was dirty.

MICHAEL MWould never use the mobile checkout again!! It took over an hour to get the truck. The location was a building that looked deserted and property not maintained.
Gina PRight side strap was to short, you could tell it was cut and shorter then the left side. And the left side ratchet was almost unusable when under pressure… right side ratchet ( which I didn’t use) looked just as bad. The people at the location was very nice and prompt. Neither of use noticed it, it wasn’t only until I got to the location of the vehicle and put it on the trailer when I realized the problem. luckily I had extra heavy duty ratchet straps in my truck, so it wasn’t a wasted trip.
MATT YThere is VERY VERY limited cell service at this location. It made my check out and check in quite stressful since I needed to walk around the area and secure one bar on my cell phone to submit the pics.
