Dolly was not there, (still waiting to confirm refund). Everytime I go here they claim the gas isn't right and charge me. And I had to wander the lot looking for the truck as they gave no direction only the serial number . I really dislike this location but needed the truck due to unforseen circumstances. Would not recommend though.

Whole process went great. Only site improvements I could suggest is improving signage since finding office was not readily evident since the yard sign was pushed over in the snow.
Robert JThe lights on passenger side didn't work. Had to buy magnetic lights. The chain on drivers side was so rusted it got all twisted and took about 30 minutes to undo. Winch was so rusted on both sides it took about 35 minutes to get them undone. I want some money back for the hassle. People were very friendly.
