I had never rented a Uhaul, and I was very nervous as to what I was getting into as well as who I would encounter. I ended up renting two from this location at two different times, and the personel was extremely friendly and kind as well as super helpful! The equipment was exceptional. If I ever need to rent again, it will definitely be from Hide It Property Management. Thank you for a great experience!!
Suzanne AThe rental location was great, very friendly and helpful service. I would recommend this UHaul location to anyone that needs a truck or trailer for moving. When I called the main UHAUL phone number to make the reservation, the distance quoted between my address and the actual distance were significantly different. The only reason I am mentioning it is that it cost me double the mileage than I was expecting to drive, costing approximately $60 more than anticipated. When the website or call center calculates distance, it should be actual driving distance, not “as the crow flies”.
