It was dark and the signage was small and not easily visible while driving. There was no sign on the road to help direct me.

I'm sure if the place was open when I went I might have had a better experience but I did self pick up and my keys weren't staged. I was on the outskirts of town and I had to Uber there to pick up this U-Haul and it was a little sketchy around that area. Thankfully I had a great experience with the woman I spoke to on the phone she was incredibly helpful.
