They seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing and then they were trying to add a deposit after I had already booked online and did not have a deposit from the original place I booked with. I had to tell the worker how to use his own equipment to o help me with the payment part.
CELINA WLocation was fine during the day. Felt a bit unsafe for women alone.
Malin ROriginal pickup time was 8am and it got changed to 9am, that was not the issue. The issue was we waited 10-15 minutes after 9am for the store to open up and no one showed up. Pick up time got changed to 11am because of it & when talking to the employee I asked what time they open & he said “sometimes 9 or 10” which is not ideal after they have operating times on Google that say 8am & especially when people are getting items reserved for 9am. It caused me to be 3 hours late in getting to my destination.
