What I had a major issue with was the app I used to rent the truck. It did not explain the rental agreement well enough. I did not realize I needed to bring the van back to the same location I started at. I found the app difficult to use, with too many pop ups for add on purchases. I would not recommend it, nor would I will I do it again. The van itself was good, and the young man behind the counter at the location was very nice, but I don't think he knew enough about the rental either.Stephanie M.

The windshield was very dirty on the inside & needs cleaned badly the seats are dirty and the whole van needs a vacuuming in the cabin actually. The girl that did all the counter work at the Mobil Mart was the brightest part of the experience. Very pleasant, welcoming and a nice smile. I would recommend again.DALE B.

Great experience. It was really easy to reserve the vehicle. I did not do online check in as I didn't feel comfortable providing my drivers license info via internet. However, check in at the store only took a few minutes. Employees were Really friendly. Renting the van was perfect for what I needed to move.ROBERT S.

When I went to pick up my van, they didn't seem to have my reservation so I was a little scared that I wasn't going to be able to rent one. Your current system of sending "a link to images to verify all damage is marked with an X decal or add new photos for unmarked damage" is not convenient. I don't have a smart phone and didn't have access to a computer. I simply needed the van for a couple hours. You should have one of your associates review current damages to the vehicle with the customer at the time the van is rented, as well as when it's returned. Also, the van smelled like cigarette smoke which wasn't a big deal since my trip was short and I could roll the windows down. But if it was a longer trip, and too cold to open the windows the smell would have been too much.Doug S.

location only had 1 type of uhaul vehicle. I was charged for 2 days of rental. I only used the van for a little over 2 hours.ANDREW T.
I ordered a utility dolly and was billed $7 for it, but it was not provided. If someone orders additional items, make sure they're provided to the customer when picking up the truck. Besides making the move more difficult without the utility dolly, I was told when I returned the truck that I wasn't charged for it. However, when I got home and checked my receipt sent via email, the charge was there!Sandy C.
