Close this location at 621 E. Constance Rd. Suffolk VA 23434....this has been the worst experience I've had since doing business with U-haul...this location will cause loss of business for your company....don't say you haven't been warned

I had an appointment to pickup my vehicle when they opened. They were almost 30 minutes late opening their doors. Also the start mileage was 9 miles off than what was recorded.
Jeffrey AThe facility is an auto repair shop that leases U-haul equipment. The staff members were polite and assisted me with my return.
Kenneth LHave all the equipment in stock. They didn't have the furniture mover, I had to return to get the blankets I was shorted, and they didn't give me a printed copy of my contract so I have no idea what I was charged for or how much.
Larry DI was told I could rent a truck for 19 dollars kept it 3 hours and was charged 78 dollars
