Renting via the online app was very tedious and filled with issues. I had to call and have someone from U-Haul walk through it with me for this reason. Had I not been in dire need, I would have said forget it. The location was no help at all.

DAN C.My reservation was for 10am. I received a call at 8am asking if I was coming to get van. It turned into a cluster. My husband walked to get van and I kept getting phone calls he couldn't rent it because it was in my name. I was 30 minutes away from site. I asked to cancel my reservation and allow husband to schedule. It took 55minutes to rent a van! Unacceptable. I was told if we didn't come now, (8am) to rent we would not be able to get at 10am! Terrible terrible terrible! Will never rent from this location again! Worst customer service ever
